Where It All Started
OUR STORY
O’s started with a simple idea: honest, good food, great service, and a place where people genuinely enjoy being together.
In August 2014, Marc and Laura Owczarzak opened the original O’s Pub & Grill in Auburn, Michigan. Located in a historic 1908 building that had long served as a local gathering place, O’s quickly became exactly that again- a neighborhood restaurant where friends became regulars, regulars became family, and good food and hospitality were always at the center of everything.
Nearly a decade later, the O’s family grew.
In June 2023, Marc and Laura opened H2O’s Waterside Grill along the Saginaw River in Bay City. H2O’s brought a different menu and a waterside atmosphere, but the philosophy remained the same: serve food we’re proud of, take care of our guests, support our team, and create a place people want to come back to.
Then came Midland.
After years of welcoming so many Midland-area guests to Auburn and Bay City, the opportunity came to bring O’s home to Downtown Midland. In July 2026, O’s Mid & Main opened its doors at the corner of Main and Ashman Streets.
Mid & Main represents the next chapter of O’s- an elevated but comfortable downtown restaurant combining steaks, seafood, burgers, cocktails and many of the favorites our guests have come to know, along with something uniquely its own.
Today, O’s remains a locally owned and operated family business. Marc and Laura’s daughter, Riley Granger, serves as General Manager of O’s Mid & Main, helping carry the family business into its next generation.
Through three restaurants and more than a decade, a lot has changed- but what matters most to us hasn’t.
Good food. Good people. Great service. And making every guest feel like they have a place at our table.
